　　A：The reason are that you did not offer us your member number or did not fax/e-mail the remittance receipt to us, if it is true, please fax us on time and you will be promoted the member. 　　3Q：How to distinguish the remittance is from which member?
　　A：After the remittance, please e-mail us the following information : name or unit name; bank name; remittance date; remittance amount; e-mail; member accounts; member class or time limitation which could we judge. Our site will receive many orders and remittances, please remit an odd change, for example: 1000.12 yuan, 2800.6 yuan, in order to differentiate for preventing the remittance confusion between your remittance and other customer, and becoming the official member on time.
